i am new in this forum. I am working in US in H1B for 4 years almost after finishing my masters from US university. I am in IT field and my job code is "2172" in NOC list.
Among the 38 occupations list, I checked with 0213 (the IT manager). If you search with this 0213 in NOC, they are showing a lot of things. At bottom of that page, under the "Classfied elsewhere", my job code is listed. What does it mean?My total point is 77. But still i am not able to understand whether i am coming under those 38 occupations.
please help me to find this out.
thanks in advance,

If you aren't performing the duties of a Manager you won't qualify.

thanks,

What about AINP? If i apply for Alberta as a H1 holder under AINP , am i eligible to work and stay anywhere in Canada?
What are the pros and cons of this AINP?

If you qualify for AINP H1B program, you will not need a job offer in Canada to apply. You are however applying to a certain province. Even though your PR will be a regular Canadian PR, you do sign a document stating that you intend to settle in Alberta which is why it would be advisable to at least try to settle there to avoid possible problems later on.
