Applying on different NOC istead 0213 Computer and Information Systems Managers

My occupation is listed in "Classified Elsewhere" of 0213 Computer and Information Systems Managers" i.e. 2172 Database Administrator & Analyst. Would you guys please tell me can i apply on NOC 2172 istead 0213. am i eligible to apply on NOC 2172?

You can apply under 2172 only under Category 2 or Category 3. If you are trying to apply under Category 1, your occupation has to be on the list of 38. It's not enough that it's related to it and classified elsewhere. It has to be the exact NOC.
