Need Advise on PGWP with Paper Application

Hi All,

I need your advise or suggestion from your past experience.

I finished my study with 1 year course and now I would like to apply for my PGWP with paper application. I know most of prefer to do Online application which much faster but I need some more time for my PGWP so that's why I would like to apply via mail (paper application). I have found the checklist and forms via CIC website but I would like to know step by step process if any one did it?

Also, I have few concerns. 1.) With paper application, nothing I need to do online such as CIC login, PGWP eligibility etc, right? OR still I need to create an account and need to do my eligibility ?

Step by step process along with documents would be great to do my paper application.
