would you know if after receiving invitation to apply and I was not able to send the full application to them in 45 days. can i still send them LOI to reapply? i have attended the information session just recently and they mention that it's valid for 24 months.

As I see from your timeline your NOC code is not in demand in NB. Still you managed to get verbal ITA. How? I thought now they are interested only in in-demand professions.
There are 3 priorities in NBPNP
1. Direct family relation in NB
2. Attend Info session (Open Category)
3. Preferred NOC
2133 was a hot NOC in FSW2014 ( I got capped by the qouta 1k/NOC) and i also have 2173 (IT related) experience. It just so happens that i have longer exp in 2133

True, but I personally would get everything ready for that first ITA. The second one might just not happen or NB decides to close the PNP for a while and then it's a waiting game again.

I do not think that anyone here can tell you what to do, the best would be to call them or email them and ask what is going on? 4 months waiting for ITA, I would say that everything over two months is too long and that after two months wait everyone should contact NBPNP.

They did mention in one of the info sessions that for EOI applicants, if you have not heard from them within 60 days, that means that your EOI was rejected.
For submitting the full application for NBPNP EELMS IELTS original has to be submitted, since we get only one original can I ask British Council to send one directly to NB immigration office or do I have to submit my original

I took the IELTS exam from IDP. They said I cannot ask them to re-issue my result, I only can ask them to send my result to certain universities or organizations.
Do I need more than 1 copy to for Full Application for NBPNP EELMS and for PR as well.

I have 71 points and going to the info session in Abudhabi on 17 July , but my NOC is 1221 so was worried just wanted to be fully prepared.. Anything to learn and go .. Worried what they will ask

I believe you'll need to request IDP to send the results straight to NBPNP when you get your documents ready. You only need one copy of your IELTS results for PR.

You will request for a duplicate TRF Form from IDP. They will then send a copy of your IELTS results to NB. Alternatively, you can send your original form to NB, but remember that IDP will only release one original form to you.
