I am continuing to seek information on the NNAS Satisfaction Survey. So please if anyone has received the survey from NNAS asking if they were satisfied with the service, please let me know. So far there has only been one person who did receive it, and she received it after she submitted her documents (not at the end of the whole process). Please indicate whether you did or did not receive it, at what point you received it, and where you are in the process. NNAS says 92.5% are satisfied and I don't believe them one bit.
I was scooping through my email today and realized that I was sent a link to complete a survey. I had no recollection of this, can't even remember if I completed it.

I received it about a month after I submitted my application. That's last September. My file has been in process for more than a year.

The application and registration process was fairly smooth. I got the RN license to practice in BC last week, took about a month - With a comparable NNAS report, the process seems to be generally straight forward. CRNBC is very effective in processing applications and generally responded to inquiries or questions the same day. What is your NNAS status? Any update?
That was fast.happy for you.I haven't received my report yet.it's taken almost a year

1.What ever exam you have given
2. Provide all experience since your graduation . Don't restrict yourself to last 5 years. If you do that then Nursing Reg bodies will ask for missing experience
3. Don't get what you saying

Hi Canada11,

Do you have any preparation materials for CELBAN, if yes can you please share with us?
There is no one who knows exactly what the exam looks like. Even their examples on website is way different. Although it is loosely based on IELTS. I studied from a private institute in Brampton for 20 hours one to one. However, training was quite different from the actual exam.Nevertheless, it helped.

Speaking: In speaking session, after introduction, they given e a scenario to take information from a new patient, and what was surprising, they gave me a kind of admission form, where all the required question was written, i just need to go through with those question. Second scenario was need to give a discharge instructions to a post operative patient.again there was a form with instructions. And third scenario was a conversation between two nurses about an arguing patient. ( me and instructor), and this was the end of speaking test.

Reading: Reading has got two parts, not difficult but around 100 question, so it was race against the time then questions :)

Writing: again it has got two parts as and got a incident report to write.

Listening: listening was quite tough, got around 75 questions in total and it was quite fast, i felt that i m doing writing first part.

thank you for the information..
  • i have about 9 years experience from my graduation .. that i already stated but at last there are five boxes to enter hours practised in each year for last 5 years. v have to calculate the hours and write in that box.. i m asking whether it should be accurate or approximate..
  • after entering each page its getting saved and if i want i can change it anytime and also recheck whenever needed. but in experience page its not coming like that ,once entered and submitted ,the page is turning blank leaving me in confusion whether its saved or not.. i just want to know whether its same for every one.
