I wasn't able to login under services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security to check the status. So I went and created an account to link the applications.
I saw this but but no email or mail after this . Please advice

Can they refuse and not send any reason why. Or is this a glitch the update is for something else.

I am really sorry about their decision. Start an appeal process after you get the letter. What is your timeline? Did you do biometrics or medical? Have you called IRCC yet?

check your emails and mailing address that were included with the application. or else contact them and ask them to resend the decision. I suggest finding a good immigration lawyer and get their guidance on what to do next.

it depends on the reason of refusal, sometimes reapplying with a stronger application might be a better solution than appealing. but, that's why seeking legal advice is best course of action.

No i am waiting for the pre-arrival and DM. My file was transferred to Nairobi in Oct, 2020. That was like 7 months.

it depends on the reason of refusal, sometimes reapplying with a stronger application might be a better solution than appealing. but, that's why seeking legal advice is best course of action.

Yes re-applying is not costly and time consuming compared to appealing

They don't reject application because of expired medical. Order GCSM notes and ask them to resend the rejection letter.

The refusal is strange because normally the applicant is given chance to satisfy the officer on the concerns via PFL before making a final decision.

some times the ircc i don’t understand if she merried she is depend on me not in her father
