Hello,

My wife didn't pay her student loan which she took from the past 1 year and the OSAP guys has reported her to CRA. Can she still sponsor me? Or do we have to clear all the loan first? She's not living in canada as well and living in Pakistan with me right now and not doing any job.

anyone who can help??

The student loan won't be an issue, I have unpaind provincial and federal student loans, and I was approved as a sponsor.
If she is a Canadian Citizen, she will be able to sponsor you from Pakistan. If she is a Permanent Resident, she will have to first return to Canada before she can sponsor you

CIC does not mention student loan but it may be a possibility.

Is she a Canadian Citizen or a permanent resident of Canada?

Who is not eligible to sponsor
You may not be eligible to be a sponsor if you:

did not meet the terms of a sponsorship agreement in the past,
did not pay alimony or child support even though a court ordered it,
get social assistance for reasons other than being disabled,
were convicted of
an offence of a sexual nature,
a violent crime,
an offence against a relative that resulted in bodily harm or
an attempt or threat to commit any such offences, depending on the details of the case, such as
the type of offence,
how long ago it occurred and
whether a record suspension was issued (see Sponsorship bar for violent crime below),
were sponsored as a spouse, common-law or conjugal partner in the past and became a permanent resident of Canada less than five years ago (see Five-year sponsorship bar below)
did not pay back an immigration loan, made late payments or missed payments,
are in prison or
have declared bankruptcy which has yet to be discharged.
Other things not on this list may stop you from being able to sponsor a relative.

If you want to see the rest what is on that page, here is the link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse-apply-who.asp

Student loans aren't barriers to sponsorship. However she needs to show how you two will support yourselves in Canada, and she needs to prove you both will be returning to Canada when you get your PR.

Well that's the issue. You can show money you have saved (they look at both your income potential, not just hers), your job prospects, show or explain where you plan to live in Canada, affidavits from family stating you intend to return and/or if they will help you financially, and so on.

I'm earning in Pakistan can I show my statement of a bank in Pakistan?

Yes. Any savings will help show that you two will have enough money to live on once you go to Canada.
