Hello Guys,

I have a question about filling MPNP EOI. Can my destination city be different from my supporter's location?

For example, can I choose Brandon as my destination when my connection and supporter is based in Winnipeg?

Congratulations All who received the LAA, today i also received my LAA my score is 615. still i am bit confuse. since my uncle is stay in Winnipeg but i mention to stay in Thompson where my employbility is high.

is anybody got clarification on above if my uncle help to settle in Thompson would be fine or i should decline this LAA and wait for next round ?

I wish good luck to all applicants for their processing of EOI.

I wish to apply for this option of MPNP under Skilled worker Overseas.

As I checked the points criteria on Manitoba website,

below is point break-up as on now:

Language: English all sections above CLB 8 = 100 points

French: TEF all sections above CLB 5 = 25 points

Age: 36 years = 75 points

Work Experience: more than 4 years = 75 points

Education: Two post-secondary programs of at least 2 years each = 115 points



so total points = 100+ 25 + 75 + 75+ 115 = 390 points

but I have previously applied to quebec skilled program and still file is under processing. I have just received AOR from them and nothing else.

So will this make any effect on my application under MPNP - SW?

u didn't add adaptability，do u have friend or close relative in manitoba？if not u r NOT eligible for this program. according to new eoi rule，you also need deduct 100 points since u applied another province.

Nice to see ur post about getting LAA. Congrats.
Hope will be a increase in number for the next draw so that many of us waiting here will be getting soon.
Most of the MPNP process going similar as EE. So think will double the no. of LAA next draw. Just my opinion.

Yes, I have a college friend who is settled in Manitoba. So will I get points for having a friend??

How many points for this?

So, If I lost 100 points then my overall points will come down to 290 without points for my friend in manitoba.

Is this very low score to get MPNP invitation to apply??
