Yes, I have a college friend who is settled in Manitoba. So will I get points for having a friend??

How many points for this?

So, If I lost 100 points then my overall points will come down to 290 without points for my friend in manitoba.

Is this very low score to get MPNP invitation to apply??

Well Even after adding points for Adaptability you will be 340 and yes thats too low as compare to first draw. You could wait untill cutoff comes down.
I Score 430 if I add points for Adaptability, but unfortunately I don't have any friend or relative in Manitoba SO I am not eligible to apply.

Since I have a master degree in physiotherapy from UK and not living in Canada
And my occupation is a university lecturer which isn't need license in Canada as I expect?
Please help !

I have same situation. We prepare:
- birth certificate mother my spouse
- birth certificate her sister (mother my spouse). It is proof that they are sister.
- marriage certificate parents my spouse
- marriage certificate parents spouse first cousin, because they change their last name, when they got married.
- birth certificate my spouse
- birth certificate my spouse first cousin
- marriage certificate my spouse first cousin

I think that will prove close relative
