legaleagle, has MPNP already sent a confirmation e-mail to your supporter that the SP2 has been received?

Friend, we are having the same problem. My supporter submitted the SP2 on Dec, 28th and after 11 days we have got no confirmation. I asked my supporter to resend the e-mail today mentioning the file number on the e-mail, just in case it makes easier the association of the application with the SP2. I will let you know if it works this time.

I sent my complete application after LAA on 25th of September 2015 , got a file number and confirmation email same day and my supporter sent the SP2 on October 17,2015. But she has not gotten a confirmation of receipt from them till now.
Should I be worried, even if I can still log onto the website and can still check my status of application( which is: application received), and my supporter did not exceed the 30 days given to her to send the SP2?

Just mail them and ask quoting your file number, I did just that and they confirmed seeing it. Cheers!

my supporter send settlement paln to mpnp and after that they recevied just automatic reply Email from mpnp side .
So this is sufficent .

Dear friends,

Here is what MPNP said about my supporter´s SP2:

"Thank you for your e-mail. We could not upload the Settlement Plan Part 2 since the document is too big. It is suggested that you print the Settlement Plan Part 2, scan each page separately and upload the documents and then email it to us in order to reduce the size of the attachment".

His PDF file was larger than 2Mb (2.126Mb)! So, he resubmitted each individual page as a separated file, all pages totalizing approximately 1 Mb.

What is regional development.
If my sister mentioned destination outside of Winnipeg does she get 50 points Or sponser also should stay outside Winnipeg?

If you stay outside winnipeg and you will sponsor your sister then she get 50pt for Regional dvpt.
