Hi Minhas...when i apply for MPNP EOI...is it Mandatory to connection with Monitoba...bcoz i never been there.
Moreover i dont have any relative there.
Am not eligible if above criteria not meet.

One of my friend is in problem as He is at cic stage  AOR recieved  recently , his wife is also pregnant what if mr comes before delivery ! Or He should wait for delivery and goes for medical or Both have option to go to Canada / or US on vistor visa which both of them holds and get child delivered there !  As by law child born in canada or US becomes citizen Does that effects thier case file or leads to more complications during file processeing ! I was not aware

You have to submit your full application package to CIC with a valid IELTS certificate. So the answer is yes. You need to retake the exam.

Please help me with this point:

My wife will enroll in a Bachelor program in University of Manitoba, my agent said that I can come with her and get open work permit.

So, after get the open work permit, I will be considered as Temporary Foreign Worker to apply for MPNP??

Ongoing Manitoba employment means that a Manitoba company has offered you a long-term, full-time job after you have completed at least six months (continuous) full-time employment with that company as a temporary foreign worker or international student working graduate.

You will need to retake as you have to include valid IELTS with your application package to CIC.

By the way, would you please share your time line - particularly assessment pending, in process, supporter interview, assessment complete dates.
