Congrats for moving another step forward. Please strictly follow instructions and guidelines in below link -
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/prov-apply-application.asp

for completing application package at CIC level. You do not need to add other additional docs. Also, As early you can submit your docs to CIC, that early you can start processing of your application. So utilize your time carefully. Best of luck.

As part of IRCC application package; two separate additional family information form to be submitted for me & my wife. I am principal applicant. In my wife's family information form, should she be shown as applicant in the 'Relationship' Column under Section-A of the Form?

I have a sibling in Manitoba and he settled in Winnipeg in September 2016. I would like to know if i have to wait for 1 year before he can nominate me or can it be expedited as i am keen on migrating to Manitoba at the earliest possible time.
