no no, it will stil be 3 lines, it wont show, but when they recieve the result, then line 4 will be added, medical recieved in ECAS

I hav 4 liner
Like the 4th line says they sent coorespondence on May 3
On May 3 i received medical n RPRF request

its usually through emails, thats why its advisable for you to be checking your emails everyday especially after 3 months u got your AOR, cos medicals can come anytime in form of mail, here is a sample of medical request sent to 1 of my friends last month, a format

continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

Ø Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family
Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures

I have seen some cases NDVO and FT before 20 March got Medicals in 22 days after FT .. Does the speed up process depends on the type of occupation u r into ??

hey, I ve contacted them recently by e-mail and did not get any respond yet. My sister's status is pending since Nov 2015.

And what about the status on the ECAS. Does that reflect anything about their emails?
For example, the status before getting a medicals request would be something like:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on January xx, 20xx.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March xx, 20xx.
3. We started processing your application on March xx, 20xx.
