Hi Tweety.....i already emailed my principal applicant's IELTS result to the given email address in the AOR and MPNP did not reply whether they already recieved.....can i email them to ask?....
you can scan the ielts result and email it to them. that's how i did mine. i sent a notarized copy by courier and then on thesame day, i emailed them a scanned copy and a letter explaining that although i sent them a notarized copy by courier, i am also sending a scanned copy to make sure i have all grounds covered. i also told them the estimated time of arrival of when the notarized copy i sent by courier will reach their office.
i received a reply from them the day after confirming the submission of the ielts result.
My understanding is that General Stream applicants are not considered as priority and as such not expected to apply through the online portal. You have to file a paper application to be hand delivered to MPNP office in Winnipeg. For those that have applied as General stream applicant please correct me if am wrong.
For the issue of settlement plan, really cannot comment on it as am not too conversant with the form. Just chill out someone in the forum will help with that.
Hello everyone Am applying for General stream in Manitoba.... I already halfway uploaded all our documents.do I still need to notarize my docs even though Am uploading the original copy? And I need your advice on the settle plan. as being sponsored by a friend is it also necessary fill up both settlement plan. but I just review the form it was address to a close relative.THANK YOU GOD BLESS.

The processing times I mentioned are not official. It was only based from the timelines from previous years up to this year. For some reason, in the website of MPNP, they are not giving information about it anymore.
All we can do is hope and pray that our applications will have positive result.
I applied under General Stream. I mailed my application to my sponsors and they submitted it directly to MPNP Office. It's either you mail it directly to MPNP Office or mail it to your sponsors first to check the completeness of your application.
Online submission is only for priority streams like Strategic Initiative, Family, Employer Direct.....

I want to believe you sponsor must have stayed a minimum of 1 year before they can sponsor someone. Please confirm by reading the guidelines very well so your application is not returned.

Yes, Emperor is right. The sponsor should have stayed in Manitoba for at least a year already.
Please read about Settlement Plan to replace MAS form because I read a post that with Settlement Plan only 1 sponsor is needed.
