Hi Mayoress, you are cousins as long as you can prove thru birth certificates that your grandparent is the same. You have to secure 4 birth certificates... yourself, your cousin, your mother and your aunt. In the birth certificates of your mother and your aunt, it must show that they have a common parent (in this case, your grandma). Assuming that your aunt is a legitimate daughter of your grandma, then there will be no problem...

I have an account at the bank for our show money. After nomination, I'm planning to use it for business purposes. Is it ok if the declared amount in our PNP application will be lessen before the visa office verification? Let's say, I have 600thousand, after I received LOA, I will withdraw 500thousand. Will it affect the visa office approval?

I believe that settlement fund should always be in your bank for the whole application process from MPNP to CIC as they may check it anytime. Just to be on the safe side. You may at times withdraw money as long as the required settlement fund for you and your dependants is still intact.

yes, i did submit a copy of my bank transactions.
1st bank- is just a photocopy of my passbook transactions bec rcbc doesn't issue one,
the 2nd bank - rural bank - they do issue a copy of bank transactions.
I think i have the same status with yours. Its been 10 months
already since i submitted my application under Gen Stream.
Until now, my sponsor did not receive any call for interview.
Can you give me details on your timeline. thanks.

1. Birth certificate of my sponsor
2. Employment letter and salary certificate from my current employer
3. marriage certificate of my mother to prove the relation ship between my mother and my uncle(who is the sponsor)
In fact I have received the file number too. It was dated aug 17.
