and based on what i read so far, it is true that online application gets nominated faster than the mail method, but i'm not sure when it comes to visa application (i think it's just the same)...

Yes. Applying ONLINE is much faster than BY MAIL. If you will check immigratemanitoba.com, it says that online applications are completed in 2 months. Mine took less than that. However, applying by mail takes 6 months. My friend applied under family stream, by mail. He submitted his application Sept 2011, AOR after 2 months, then got his LOA 6 months from Sept.

yes, if i had known online application during my time of submission, i should have opted for that...it took me 10 months to receive my LOA from time of application...see? it's really long..so if you have options, choose online app

I am not sure but I think you cannot do that. Tell your cousin to just wait for the AOR. Normally it usually comes after 2 months but lately, forum members have been getting theirs delayed by a month or so.
In my opinion, you can apply online if you meet the qualification for the online application. Online applications receive expedited processing so why not shift your application. Just email MPNP Office that you are doing so. Good luck!

Online stream is quick and easy. But you already had a file number on general stream paper application. Just email them if you can still switch to online stream. Goodluck
Can you please tell me that how to inform them if I want to switch to Online application? Should I email them or call them ? Do you know anyone who did this ? Is it okay to do this in the middle because I am about to receive my LOA. Thanks.
