Yesterday they claimed my application is approved and I would get PPR by the snail mail.......... today they are claiming they had sent me an email on Nov 20, the day I got the ghost update.
No, I did notr find the mail. I am going to do the webform as they have advised.

MEP/IP1 - May 24th 2018
Eligibility - Review Required for Work Experience
ADR - Nov 7th 2018 (Pay stubs, Tax Assessments and Employment Contract, as well as 6 months Bank Statement )
ADR upload - Nov 12th 2018
Status Change in MyCIC Account (to "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided'') - Nov 14th 2018
Ghost Update - Nov 15th 2018 (received email for this)
Background Check in Progress - Nov 16th 2018
I haven't had any other updates since then. I was going to raise a CSE or call, but I also feel like I should wait a little longer to see if I hear from them.

Okay thank you for responding. They didn't include review required for employment. They gave me points for it. But I know I had seen on some people's gcms about web search on employment/organization. Maybe they do that when they have a doubt
Just got off the phone with an agent and this time the agent confirmed that there was an email sent on Nov 20th (not paper mail). She also confirmed that my application has been approved and read out the contents of the email that was sent on 11/20. It was the PPR email indeed. After all this conversation she put in a expedited request to resend the PPR email. She said I should get the email by next week. The normal processing time to resend the PPR email is one month. Thankfully she agreed to expedite mine.
