completed 5 months today! Last time I called (2 weeks ago), the lady said dont expect anything till Early Jan! So I guess this PPR will be my new year's wish!

Hello team,
I got first ghost update on my application today. When I logged on, it said status as “application/profile updated” however upon looking at the detailed status nothing has changed.

But now the status is again “submitted”.
First update after a long wait so thought to update you my team.

your PPR is near. Yesterday when I called the agent said my application was approved on the 20th Nov, the day I got the ghost update. After the ghost updated my application was updated one more time and my background check moved to IP2. That's how Montreal typically approves an application

Another Ghost update this afternoon. 4th so far this week . No updates in the application. Looks like they working hard on my application and try to get to complete before i complete 6 months tomorrow

Hey guys,
So I received my gcms notes some minutes ago. It still says elligibility requires review. The funny thing is in the last two pages the analyst seemed to have put Criminality requires review for statutory question and put notes on my canadian visa denial. But the first two pages said elligibility requires review. Criminality and security not started. Info sharing complete.
I am not sure why yes to statutory question is under criminality.
Another thing he noted is that I didnt provide my uncle in Canada's proof of residence even though I provided his passport and birth certificate and then he noted that I met the points regardless

My question please...he locked in employment but no where said they did a web search on employment or confirmed employment. They only stated they confirmed ECA and IELTS .
Please what part of the gcms do they state that they have done a web search on employment. If you can share a screenshot with me I would appreciate. Thanks

It should be under Notes section. Check last 4-5 pages where Analyst provided comments.

I had eligibility review required when i got my GCMS notes and mine didn't include any details about web search on employment. But i could see that they had mentioned, they couldn't confirm employment as reasoning after marking it as "Review Required". I looked at the very first section (Notes 1).

Okay thank you for responding. They didn't include review required for employment. They gave me points for it. But I know I had seen on some people's gcms about web search on employment/organization. Maybe they do that when they have a doubt

I guess it depends on the agent who is reviewing your file. As long as everything else looks good apart from the Stat question, then i think you should be okay.

They replied back to me today with the following:

We recommend that you also verify your junk mail folder, since emails may be rerouted there if your email program is set to filter or block emails coming from outside of your contact list.

If you have not received our email, you may advise us by using the IRCC Web form and it will be our pleasure to send it back to you.

Mine had web search for one employment and for the other employment the analyst had put impossible to verify employment and shitloads of other nonsensical stuff
