I called ircc office today snd they just said me that my pr card was dispatched on 15 January and its with now canada post and is sent through regular mail and see when i get it and which ircc office sent you your ecopr
 
Etobicoke office and if they have sent my pr card then probably it will take 2 weeks to come as i live in Brampton and if anyother office I have no idea

You got your pr card yet or not as i can see on reddit that one from jan 06 ecopr received pr card yesterday
