Hello all, I submitted my photo and address on the portal on Oct 29. Haven't received my eCOPR yet. Is there an ETA for receiving eCOPR.

Any additional process that I need to follow?

Similar Timeline I suppose :
Portal 1 : October 17 (Montreal VO)
Portal 2 : October 30 (Montreal VO)
eCoPR : Waiting Since The Dawn Of Time!

A lot of the October applicants are still stuck whereas, they are giving out eCoPRs to November and even December P2s!

Mate, they're issuing late November and Decembers! It's random and IRCC has completely gotten all of us in a major clusterfuck!
