did not used Kai method, just waited patiently.
 
I got my Portal 1 on 11 July and looking at the comments in other forums, Montreal VO takes around a month to send the portal 2 which is worst as compared to other VO's
 
I got my Portal 1 on 6 July, Montreal VO and am still waiting.
After I sent my reply to the Portal 1 email, I didn't get any automatic email back, is it supposed to be like that?
