I did use KAI in the first week and once again in the second week, nothing happened so I gave up. From what I've seen Montreal trend is 20-30 days for P2 and if you use KAI before that it does not work. I might be mistaken though but that was my experience.

No, I didn't care about that and I wouldn't think they cared either. I just replied to the email again and bcc'd other offices.
