feb 29 is decision date
I would say two weeks to portal 2.

Nowdays its quicker for march portals. They are slow for feb portals

Same here. Unfortunately Montreal is super random.
frustrating to see people from same P1 already got eCOPR.

Likewise, These days I am always thinking what the hell are Montreal officers doing now!!!! But it is reassuring to recognize that we are in the same boat. Let's pray and get out of this thread!
