My application was received by the IRCC in Oct. and now it is past 12 months in process and no test invite yet. Each time I call, they say it is in background check.
 
Do you have any news from the montreal office? I took the test on October 3. I am waiting for the letter of invitation to the ceremony. Someone who has received invitation
it is very long.
