Now I am in confusion as I want to send PCC but not sure where should I send:
1. In email I receive it says
"To notify CIC of changes to your application, visit www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions.asp, select the office stated below, and follow the directions for “Case Specific Enquiry.”
and In email office stated below is:

Centralized Intake Office
P.O Box 7500
Sydney, NS B1P 0A9
Canada

But when I go to link above and go to "Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada" There is different Po Box for Quebec skilled worker address.

Can any one help me? pls....

In google search for string "PCC after AOR" and you will get some more information.

Since I am in same situation this is what I plan to do once I get AOR:

a) Upload all the documents through Case Specific Enquiry tool
b) Send physical copies of all the documents to Ottawa ( not Sydney) office.

It says specifically for PCC to be send original and where.

I also read on many sites/forums found from google search that CIO generally send application within canada to CPC-Ottawa for processing.

Still I will confirm with CIC by call and post here.

PCC always original to CIC and in future scanned or photo copy of the same to visa office stating that you have already submitted.
