infact they have mention that I we can’t access the portal we can contact them through the email on
IRCC.ClientPortal
I just figure out this issue today. I am going to do it tomorrow

In their FAQ page, it says:

Reset a password
When we create an account for you, we’ll send a temporary password valid for 14 days to your email address. If this password expires, or you forget a password, you can reset it through the link in the portal.
