You will get a response. Just be patient.. I replied 7 days ago as well and just got portal 2 last night.

I replied to this email address 7 days ago:
IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

But waiting for the response..

Which email id's did you end up replying to with your details?

I replied to the email id that sent the request but I have not received the portal details since the last two weeks.

I replied to IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and I also raised a webform to inform them about the missing information in the PDF I received, and provided my info there as well.

Received my second email earlier today.

There was nothing to reply to in the second email? They just let you know that a PR confirmation case has been opened for you in the PR portal and you can go through that to submit your mailing address and a photo.
