Hi
I have applied my inland spousal application. Recevied IRCC client portal email on june 18. I did reply back by filling all the information. Get reply from IRCC on june 24 with the user name and password. But this email went to junk email and i did not check it. Today i somehow check that email. But the 14 days already exceeded and the password got expired.
Please tell how can I contact IRCC again to send me the portal link again.
Will this cause any issue with my PR?

I presume eventually but doubt that they are trying to cancel such apps actively. No idea how long that might be.
Again, i do think calling is advisable; I believe there is a callback option. Also read the instructions in the email and login pages carefully - there may be (should be?) info on what to do if the login credentials do not work.
I'm not trying to frighten you on this. But at some point if you don't complete the process, yes, they'd likely consider the application abandoned. (For outland apps abroad the passport request typically states a deadline, even if ircc is being more flexible about such things during covid)
I don't think this is imminent but at some point you have to complete the process.
But i could not find anywhere that they can cancel.
infact they have mention that I we can’t access the portal we can contact them through the email on
