Can somebody help me.please. my husbands birth certificate,states his father‘s middle name. Lin
but in our marriage certificate states Linchu.the correct middle name. now we would like to.claim points for his sister. but the birth certificate of his sister the father‘s name is Lin. can we still claim points or not? What kind of documents will.they be asking? Sad part is his father has no birth certificate record on file.thanks for the help.
