Proof of relationship :
Submit proof of relationship to your close relative in Canada, such as birth, marriage or adoption certificates.
For example, to prove that your relative in Canada is your paternal aunt, it would be necessary to submit copies of birth certificates for her and for your father showing they have at least one common parent.
It is always necessary to submit things as per requirement.
Since this is a case where Birth certificate is demanded so try to avail it from other resources like i your father have worked somewhere or any Government departments where they have data of every person. It is a tiring job but no harm in trying.
Indeed, it is obvious that your Aunt's Birth Certificate and your Father's Death Certificate is showing same name but try to produce it. If worst comes to worst then you can submit death certificate by explaining a little note.
Ask you Aunt what documents she has produced at the time of leaving country? Might be she could be of any help.

Thanks a lot Dear! but problem is that my wife don't have the birth certificate, is the HSC is sufficient for all the siblings to prove the relationship. moreover her parent's name is written in all the documents i,e her HSC and the passports and landing papers of her Parents.
