i sent my documents to chc newdelhi on 24 february,2010.i have claimed 5 points for adaptabilty(my maternal aunt(mothers sister).
i have attached the following documents for this
1. my passport showing my fathers and mothers name
2. my mothers 10th certificate and pan card showing his father name
my canadian relative documents
1.her passport,birth certificate showing father name(same to my mother) and mother name
2.pr card
3.landing papers
4.tax return
5.job slip and utility bill
my question is this enough as i have not attached my and mothers birth certificate which i donot have and also my aunts marriage certificate
My file is ready to send to CIO, NS for FSW NOC cat.
I am stuck with following points please help me on urgent basis.
No birth Certificate for Child, We have a baby boy of 10 years, an affidavit from parents mentioning his date of birth, place of birth will be fine? until we get his birth certificate from concern depart.
No marriage certificate, Marriage certificate is in process, an affidavit stating the same will be ok or not, any other supporting documents required like marriage photo graph, wedding card please let us know.
There is hardly any time left to complete the documents. We would be very gratefully to you if you guide me and help me out for the situation.
