Medical results have been received

My application is in New York visa office. Now my online status shows that the medical results have been received. In general, how long it takes to get the final decision letter after receipt of the medical results?

One more issue, I have notified the change of my address about 45 days ago using online case specific inquiry form, but my online status still shows my old address. I am worried that whether my mail will be delivered to the right place. Should I write them again or wait for sometime? I am bit worried whether they get annoyed by frequent inquiry.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Hi Rohit, it depends on your security check clearance. On the average 3-4 months for PPR.

And regarding to your address change, it has surely change in the system of your VO, but many times doesnt reflects the CHC site.

You are lucky that your E cas status has been updated to have received medical results... but for our CHC (Sydney, Australia) they don't update this important acknowledgment....Good luck for PPR as I am also waiting for the same....

He is lucky ... i have already received PPR , still my ECASE is showing "IN PROCESS" not medical received!!

Thank you guys! You have been so kind to respond my post. I am still concern about the address whether they will send the mail to my old address. Does anyone have experience that after requesting address change the e-cas still shows the old address, but you have received the mail in new address?

My name is Rohit too, And my visa office is also NY

I got moved 2 weeks ago and i sent e-mail to NY and within 4 days my address was changed on
E-cas,

Anyway my status still doesn't show " Medical Result received"

I would suggest to e-mail again
