Anyhow about this person case he has done medicals upfront as you can see. He did not receive official MR from visa office. Moreover he is Family sponsorship application. Whereas our's is federal skilled workers. Criteria is different for selection of each.

Hi there i done medical on 28th December and doctor update on 31th of dec my friends got 4th line on has ecas that medical has been received but i cant see that on my account so its possible that without they line add on ecas ppr comes means visa got or not if any one know about that thing
