Is Autism inadmissible? In a case where an unaccompanied dependent autistic, will this affect the PA?

No - short of some extreme case where adjudged to be a threat to public health, which is NOT something that would typically come up for a case of autism.

since you say unaccompanied an important note though: after hitting 22 years of age though can no longer be sponsored as dependent, and then medical inadmissiblity would be likely.
