Hi,

I applied for my parents Canadian immigration in year 2007. I received a letter from the CPC - Mississauga that they are ready to process the applications and require additional documents. They requested to have my parents complete immigration forms (IMM0008ENU_2D, IMM5669E, and IMM0008DEPENU).

In September 2011, my father was diagnosed with Brain cancer. His surgery was done immediately and he has finished chemo and radio therapy. Currently, he is not under any medication and his health is good. i.e. physically and mentally he is not dependent on anyone. I would like to know whether my father will be considered medically inadmissible for Canadian immigration. My father is the principal applicant. If my father is considered medically inadmissible and the application is rejected, would my mother be able to get Canadian immigration?

In the form IMM5669E, there is question that `Have you or the other family member in this application have had serious disease or physical or mental disorder? In my father`s case the answer is `yes`. What proof should I provide to ensure that his immigration application does not get rejected.

Sincerely,

I'll help you with one question. If your father is medically inadmissible - then unfortunately your mother will be refused as well. It doesn't matter which one of them is the principal application. If one is inadmissible - then the other will be refused as well.

Good luck.

Hm, I don't think they would flag that, but then again I never went through it.

Btw, my brother also got the letter, but in our list of forms to fill we have IMM5669, not IMM5669E. I wonder...

i have similar type of issue as well, for my applications its for dependent she had TB 3 years ago, but she is now complittly cured and healthy ,for me i am going to say yes in the options as eventully they all had to do the medical exam and that time the doctor will ask and at that time if they find out than it will come as lie to the CIC, and it may make it worst, for me i am thinking to explain in the form that she is complittly cured healthy and there are no issue of it. so atleast he will get the medical exam and everything is good in the result than there are liklly a good chance for her to come.

For you i would suggest if you wanst to you can attched the letter from teh hospital your dad had his surgey, explaning when he had sugery how is his heath is now and all detail, becuse in the box they said if you need additioanl space you can attched the letter of explaining what was the problems so you can identify that there.

if any one can enlight their expertise for this would be great :)

I agree this person is just spamming like really if u don't wanna apply do not apply the government is not forcing anyone to apply for super visa if you do not think its a good idea then wait until the 2 year freeze is lifted then reapply if not i am sure others have made up their mind if they will be applying or not ::)
