Hi Experts,

I recently completely my medical exam and got the reports. I am from india and currently residing in USA.

I did not have my passport with me during the exam and I had shown my US drivers license as a proof of my identity . So the report has my license information . The name and DOB matches the passport.

Will that be a problem ??? Can I upload my US drivers license while submitting ?? If yes in which section can I upload the document.

Please Advise ….
