looks like CEC applicants have no ray of hope since the beginning of July. I hardly see any CEC getting PPR. This is sooo frustrating.

How long does it take for someone to get AoR after submitting the e-APR?
I am applying from India and submitted my application on 14th Aug India Time (13th Aug 21:00 Canada Time) but still haven't received AoR.

I got it on the same day. But some of the forum members have experienced few days' delay.

Hi guys I'm super worried right now. I am CEC inland may 9th AOR. Just got an email from cic Etobicoke landing asking me for an interview in 3 weeks. And they asked me to bring my original passport and 2 passport size photograph. It seems very odd as I didn't see anyone go through this in this thread. Can someone explain please?

I think it's a good sign as interview is just a mere formality in most of the cases. All the best bud!

they pick some files randomly. don't worry it is very simple and common. you just attend with tension free buddy.

It's all good news for you, nothing much to worry. There are quiet a few people who get interview requests, could be random and could be also to clarify something. Majority of cases there is nothing to worry about for the interview.
