Hello everybody!
I reaally need your help here.
I got the AOR on the 15th of May under the FSW.
On the 30th June, I cleared the medical exam.
On the 25th July, my BGS moved from "Your application is in Progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check" TO "We are processing your background Check. We will send you a message if we need any information".

No update ever since. Please note that I never had the "Not applicable" status.

Am I in IP2?

So, my application progress have been little different than what I have read on this forum so far! Could anyone help me understand what is happening with my application?

Aor: 28th May
Review of eligibility changes to In review on 9th June
Review of documents changes to In review on 23rd June
Medical passed on 5th July, Background check changed to Your application is in progress
Background check changed to We are processing your background check on 24th July
ADR request for Travel History form on 25th July

I submitted the document on 27th, and Review of additional documents reads: The additional documents you provided are being reviewed
BGC reads: We are processing your background check

What's happening here? What's the stage I am in? I think Ip1.. Not sure!! Can someone please help?

Does prior visa refusals in past cause a delay in the processing of application?? If yes, then how much??? Someone in a similar situation can share the experience too..

It was 'Your application is in progress'. It never changed to NA for me as well! That's why the confusion..

Are you CEC applicant? most likely your are in NA2 stage.
IP1 was successful, R10 was complete.

It is Ip2 definitely, but to be sure you can also try calling CIC.
Ask them specifically for certain checks like criminality and eligibility this will help you know the exact state.

For some people it never changes to NA, no worry here.

interesting.. I think, its not being updated properly in the EE profiles.. if your eligibility is done, I believe you will soon get your PPR..

So does that means the ones that have their eligibility passed will take the shortest time towards PPR. I mean my profile says that I still haven't passed my medical exam and God knows where I might be at BGC. As per @KiranK it might take another 10-20 days at maximum. Is that true?
