Hi guys, I submitted my PR application through spousal sponsorship in Canada class on May 24th and still haven't got my AOR today. Is it a normal wait time recently?
Hello everyone ,
We applied for Spousal sponsorship inland on may 30th 2024,still waiting for AOR.I called IRCC today the agent said we had sent AOR on june 24th 2024 to the sponsor's email she also said the sponsor's eligibility is going on right now.I checked with my immigration representative who did our application they said they didn't receive anything. The agent also gave me an application number.I recalled IRCC again another agent said we haven't sent the AOR.It must be a misinformation and please wait for it.
Hi, i just have an advice for you. Please confirm this with an immigration lawyer before planning on it. I think you should apply for visitor visa (with family to increase chances). Then get married here in Canada. Once you get your marriage certificate in canada you can apply for spousal sponsorship.
It’s just what I thought, please consult with an immigration lawyer. Best of luck
Has anyone from the May inland spousal list received their request for biometrics and medicals? We've received the AOR in May end and there has been radio silence since then.

Thanks for sharing. I called that number today and the agent said they are still working on my AOR so I need to wait. No estimated wait time is available. The agent also gave me the application number (for principal applicant) starting with F. I successfully linked the application on my IRCC secure account using my UCI and that application number. The message list in the application status is empty. You can try to link your F number and check the message list in there. If you AOR had been sent as they told you, I think there should be a message for that. Good luck.
Hey everyone
Talked to an ircc agent earlier today regarding biometric,
They told me that you have to give your biometric for your pr application no matter what ( even though your previous one is still valid) .

It looks like December people start getting the final decision. I requested GCMS a month ago and got it today.
It's just the same as tracker.

Nothing special. The last update was Mar 26. So I guess just wait till Sep or Oct to hear the updates. "
He mentioned that no update after March 26 until yday so I guess we just need to wait. Mississauga office is really slow. So patience is the key.
