Hi Folks
Do we have to wait to check citizenship tracker after AOR email?

I received AOR and when i tried to register it says - Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

Try after 48 hours

I received ghost update today (June 29), June 16 AOR but no update in the tracker. what should i expect next? and how long should i see the real update?

Please have you received any actual movement in your tracker, real update in your tracker since the ghost update?

Weird! They had already rescheduled your test or they rescheduled it when receiving your email?

they rescheduled after my email. tracker still shows June 30th- July 20th.

HI ALL, received AOR June 16, i couldn't create a tracker account and not even in ECAS, it always gives an error message.

Hi - were you eventually able to create a tracker? i received AOR on Monday and still unable to. getting he same error message.

Yes. That's what ghost update is... you see the actual activity 2 days after ideally. Some people ain't so lucky. After the ghost update they don't see anything for a long while...

Haha I think I just jinxed myself. I got a ghost update on that date : 28th June and nothing since then

Anyways not worried- with a May 16th application- I'm still within timeline expectations, I suppose.
