If they don't ask for it again, I believe you can assume they received it. Did not get a response from them when they asked my wife for another evidence of ID, but I think after two weeks, her background was completed. I think they have not gotten around to looking at your application again since you sent it.
Actually this inconveniences me a lot. I have travel plans for November-December. So now I have to receive citizenship certificate, apply for a new passport, receive the passport, then apply for two ETAs (already lost money on 1 travel visa I applied on my Indian passport which will be worthless)- all the in the span of 2 months.
And I don't want to delay the oath ceremony and risk moving my application to non-routine. I've seen the 2021, 2022 threads of people being stuck for years. May as well get it over with, even if this is a stressful option.
You could pick a date? Unlike the test, the oath ceremony requires the judge and officers, so it will always be some fixed dates. On the positive side, congratulations on nearing the end of your journey!
It will come soon for you guys *fingers crossed*- especially Vancouver office processing. Even in the April thread, they seem to be moving quick. I had a technical issue in my application, they resolved it and moved forward fairly quick.

They are talking about introducing digital oath, where you could click on a check box and submit like a docusign doc. That should cut some of the processing time.
Hello everyone ,
I just called ircc to find out my visa processing office and she told me that it’s a Vancouver office.
So is it okey to call Vancouver office directly to find out what’s the delay on my application?
I have been waiting since June 29( Bg completed) and no update afterward.
