I have one confusion . I submitted my file but now I realize that in form imm5569(schedule -a) I only signed electronic( I didn't signed handwritten. is that create problem. or it's good to go??

Yes that’s not acceptable. You have two options I think. Either wait for further instructions from IRCC (your file will be either returned by mail or electronically) or call them, get a temporary application number, and tell them you want to send an updated form. See if they suggest doing that by mail or with a webform.

If i get a PR and go to canada by putting spouse as non-accompanying, how long does it take for me to sponsor my spouse after I land in Canada?
Do i just need to have a job or do i need to have a job and pay taxes for a year before I can even apply to sponsor him? If this is the case it will take 2 long years. Is this the case or can i apply for sponsorship as soon as i land in canada ?

It takes 15 to 20 days and also vary on holydays

there is no fixed timeline on when you can start the sponsorship. But it would make your approval easier if you can show a job, regular salary, a tax return filed with CRA or a tax assessment statement from your employer, residence proof (driving license / rental agreement). You also don't need to show a minimum income level if you are just sponsoring your spouse and dependent child however the approval goes easier if you can show all this to show that you are in a position to support your family when they join you.

I submitted passport on Nov 3 and when I tracked my application, it says IRCC in process - Nov 9, 2021 NDVO. I did not receive my passport yet. Anyone in same situation?
