@Fieldy@Sharingan Hi both - I am not a UK citizen, and not visa exempt, so my process was different, I am afraid.
Congratulations on getting your PPRs, and I hope it goes quickly and smoothly!
I am curious about this as well! I got my PPR since yesterday.
Since both of us are from an visa exempt country we can submit photocopies of our passports along with the other requested documents, I think this is not going to happen digitally personally for me since I have to submit 2 photo's. Although this feels like a standard, I will submit 2 recent photo's anyways just to be safe.
From reading the correspondence, I think if you are visa exempt you copy your passport, attach two photos to spec, confirm eye colour and height, include a copy of your PPR letter and a copy of your residency fee payment (if you have not paid this upfront) and then send it to the VAC office in your country.
Mine is a bit more complicated because I am in Canada with my wife. It advises me to fill out a webform and get 'virtually landed' but I have found the webform route wholly ineffective throughout this process, so I am just holding to speak to IRCC.

I am afraid you can solely use the webform, I have never used it before so I can't imagine why it would be ineffective. Unless we are still not prioritzed.
Lets hope contacting IRCC can make a difference.

I got rejection within 48 hours from that portal. Reason was family tie to Canada - which is weird because obviously I applied for visitor visa to visit my spouse in Canada!!!
