My file was in system when i talked to them 2 months ago and they gave me temporary file number and I was told that no officer assigned yet. not sure how long i have to wait.

Alright if so then an officer has not been assigned yet truly who will save the file and omit the first letter......XF00065**** eg to just F00065*** that is the main file number before you will get AOR.....you understand now?

Yes but just worried why it is taking so long to assign an officer to my file. it's been 4 months now.

I have similar Timeline and through london, mine application submission was 26th of May rest going same, hope so will get Pre-arrival or medical soon.

BIL - 17/6/21
SA & passed to London office- 17/6/21
Biometrics completed London - 22/6/21
Pre-arrival letter - 15/9/21

Hi - correct, application was made from the UK with both of us residing in the UK. My wife has since returned to Vancouver and I have accompanied her to help with moving our things but the application remains an Outland app. Cheers
