Their services have been down now for a while. Let's hope whoever fixes this, fixes the delays too. Cannot login into my GCKey
 
I guess it will cause delay in processing, cause the agents probably couldn't access the system the whole day either., so I'm guessing no PPRs tomorrow :(
Fingers crossed no data is lost. Cause such a long period the system is down, it may have been a hacker attack..

it was down for maintenance as they stated.. no need to cause unnecessary panic

Where did they say that? At least on twitter there was no justification:confused:
I didn't mean to cause panic and I believe no panic was caused

The message on website is about the maintenance that is scheduled for tonight EST (see below message)...the one occurred earlier today was an unplanned outage.

This online service will be unavailable from 3:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. Eastern time, on Tuesday September 11, 2018, in order to perform system maintenance.
