It means that when I opened my cic account it read application update , but there were no changes when I opened my application

I think something bigger Like the famous 27th feb is going on. That day most of applicants move to ip2

Yes, some people missed their emails because of that.

It's better to stay away from the habit of trashing the spam folder then, for people with ghost updates. -)

I received the ghost update on Saturday and was expecting the PPR anytime this week but their servers are down since morning so there might be more delays.
Not a good news.
