Which visa office are your guys' case at?

From note:
Primary office: Centralized Intake Office.
Secondary Office: CPC-Ottawa.

It seems that we can't call anymore IRCC from outside Canada.
I tried on this number +1 613 944 4000 and they direct me every time to the webform, no option to speak with the hotline.
Have you any idea how to call IRCC from outside Canada?

I am May 2018 AOR and still waiting. Application seems to be in security screening. I have not applied for any security notes. Application status is 'on hold' . Medical expired, status - "You do not need......We will send you.....if this changes". Call center agent said security is in review.

Today morning I got an email from CIO/BRCD with the subject 'Ready for Visa / Prêt pour Vis'. Is this the email to look out for?
My profile still says my application is in progress.

Hello guys, Finally I received an Email from CIC for landing interview in vacnouver, one month ago i got a Procedural of fairness letter and i sent all the proper documentation, and I am so happy to share with you this news.!!
