I'm a medical deferred person(pregnancy) and AoR in May. I saw some changes in my status too, today. Not sure what it meant. I thought nothing is done till medical is passed.

Medical - we are reviewing status of medical exam
Bg- your application in progress. We will send you a message when we start the background check
