very strange not to tick n/a in a portion which is not required...there must be some jerk there who returned your application

N/A should be put where there is no, yes or no option but when some one has said no , there is no requirement to put N/A in yes section

i guess common sense prevails

if we go by this rule then they should give option of either yes or N/A... there is no need to give no option

Personally I don't believe CIC people can be that dumb returning application for this reason..any how lets see what happens with our applications

Not taking anything personally bro but shit happens. My immigration took more than 3 years in the fast track but I am in Canada so can't complain about that.

Such processings are at the behest of the immigration officer, once we have our passports all will be history.
