Unfortunately my application was returned as there was one box in which i had not written NA. Only one application is incomplete, rest are ok.

Please guide me how to resubmit the applicaiton, should i fill out new forms or make correction on existing and resend.

Writing n/a is not compulsory I believe. Which section did you not write the n/a?
It is suggested to write n/a where applicable, but not in the form

It was the question where I have or or equivalent of any other country. I have corrected the existing form but do I need to fill out a new form or amend the existng

I have filled every question even where na is reqd. Just one left where or of any other country is to be explained

I think the new updated form is better since you will submit it today or tomorrow, right?
I am confused which question you have missed, 6F? If you choice Yes, you need to write down the country's name.
